Neat site. I'm still trying to figure things out. Can you blog about anything? How about recipes? Like the cheese and pepper muffins you made the other day? I bought a silicone mini muffin 'pan' today just because of you. :)

Cheddar Pepper Muffins
2 c. flour 1 1/4 c milk
1 T. sugar 1/4 c. vegetable oil
1T. baking powder 1 egg
1t. coarsely cracked black pepper 1/2 t. salt
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded shar p Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease silicon muffin pans. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In small bowl combine milk, oil and egg until blended. Stir into dry ingredient just til moist.
Fold in 3/4 c of cheese. Spoon into muffin cups. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
Bake 15 to 20 min. Let cool 5 min. Remove from pan. (You can put all cheese in if you want. Makes less mess.)

I liked the Andretti quote because it makes me think of the Internet! If it is under control it is because I am going slow!
